Twenty-plus years into her successful corporate career, Claudia Harvey began her first independent venture with Dig It Apparel® Inc. (www.digitapparel.com). Dig It® struck a deal with Kevin O’Leary, famous venture capitalist of CBC Canada’s Dragons’ Den and NBC’s Shark Tank. The resulting deal opened the door to launching and investing in other businesses and making a quantifiable difference in the lives of others. The recent purchase of Suncayr™ in December 2020 added another patented product SpotMyUV® to Dig It’s product line and will be slated to be in over 7000 retail locations worldwide.
Expanding her company portfolio’s, she is a Founding Partner of BG Wealth Group Inc., BG Investment Holdings Inc., and BG Marketing Authority, and 2020’s recent addition of the Village Pizzeria franchise. Claudia and her team help others emulate her success, grow their businesses, and expand their wealth.
In 2019, Claudia was awarded the Top Female Professional Award from New York’s International Association of Top Professionals and The Entrepreneur of the Year Award from UK organization Livewire. She also joined other outstanding influencers – such as Oprah Winfrey and Melinda Gates – as a contributing author of America’s Leading Ladies.
As she balanced raising a family of 3 and creating her own businesses, Claudia became an international keynote speaker and shared events with notables such as Tony Robbins, Mark Victor Hansen, Bill Walsh, Jim Treliving, Pitbull, and many more.
Aside from her successful career, Claudia believes in the power of paying it forward and helping organizations dedicated to empowering women and youth. She sits on the international Advisory Board of Sonas.org and created the BG Scholarship Fund, which provides under-privileged children with a post-secondary education that will help them realize and achieve their full potential. Never forgetting her Canadian roots, Claudia is also a member of the Foundation Board of Princess Margaret Hospital, one of the five most renown cancer research hospitals in the world.

Adam Stoehr Adam Stoehr has overall responsibility for Excellence Canada’s educational services, including the development and deployment of training and certification. He is one of Excellence Canada’s primary facilitators and speakers. He researches and typically speaks about strategy, employee happiness, organizational excellence, customer experience, leadership, process improvement and all forms of quality management. Adam has delivered talks for more than 25,000 adults and has conducted more than 20 Canada Awards for Excellence award verifications since 2000. He has a PhD in Business Strategy from the University of the West of England, Bristol Business School. His published thesis explores the relationship between a strategic approach to quality and employee happiness. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and French degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. |

Benjamin De Graaf (DJ Elegance) Benjamin De Graaf (DJ Elegance) is a musical connoisseur/curator and experiential event strategist.
